Studies have shown that stress relief is a very important part of cancer care and
wellness. It is important for anyone going through cancer as well as those supporting
a loved one with cancer to nurture their mind and body. Home of Hope Cancer Wellness
Centers offers several wellness programs that will benefit the whole family.

Wellness Programs:
Massage Therapy - 1/2 hour sessions are offered by licensed massage therapists.
Please call for an appointment.
Healing Touch Therapy - 1 hour energy work sessions are offered to promote
healing and stress relief. Please call for an appointment.
Yoga - Classes are offered twice a month for all age groups and can accommodate
any level of yoga.
Reflexology - Reflexology is an alternative, complementary, or integrated
method of treatment involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet
and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Reflexology relieves tension,
improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas
of the body.
“Writing Toward Healing”- Journaling program offered monthly that teaches
how to use journaling to release stress.
“Reiki”- Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation
that can create may beneficial effects that include feelings of peace, security
and wellbeing.
"Guided Imagery"- Guided Imagery is an active process where thoughts are
purposely "guided" to create what you want or need in life. Guided Imagery uses
all the senses in a dream like state.
